Accuracy Reporting Information

By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to prepare your tax return, including:

• Informing us of all interests you held in foreign properties with an aggregate cost in excess of $100,000 at any time in the year
• All income from any foreign properties regardless of their aggregate value
• All income and transactions relating to non-resident trusts

Information Required

You understand that the completion and filing of your Tax Return depend on our receipt of all necessary information. If relevant information is missing, we will contact you via appropriate channels to request it.

Payment

Payment will be made prior to the filing of your tax return to the CRA, via credit card or Interact e-transfer or deposit, in Canadian dollars.

Refund

There will be no refunds under any circumstances.

Disclaimer

Our services consist of preparing and electronically filing (if CRA accepts) your personal income tax return based on the information you provide to us. We will not audit or otherwise verify the data you submit, although we may ask for clarification of some information. It is our responsibility to prepare your tax return correctly according to the law and the information you have provided.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing all information required to prepare complete and accurate returns. You should retain all documents, cancelled cheques, and other data that form the basis of your income and deductions.

Limitations

We do not respond to questions concerning explanations of how the tax return works, how to prepare a tax return, or comparisons with other tax returns. We do not guarantee preparing your tax return on time if we receive your documents and information less than 10 business days before the deadline.
